Translate the graphical user interface (GUI) of any application, including ICQ, into a different language.
This program allows users to enjoy the interface of any application in their native language. After clicking Download Now, choose from languages including Arabic, Chinese, Dutch, French, German, Hebrew, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, and Swedish.

This program is now shareware. Registration cost is $20 - $40 depending on language version. However, the product license is free for use with ICQ. If you choose not to register the program, the translation feature will be limited to the ICQ interface after the evaluation period expires.
