Audit Liberty Recording System files on PC.

Liberty DCR Auditor designed for the owners of the Liberty Recording System. It allows you to analyze the DCR files created by the recording system and generate a report of all the accessed files. Once the folders have been marked for Audit, then all accesses to the folder, including Read, Write and Delete, will cause audit records to be written to the Windows audit log. These audit log records are later read by the DCR File - Audit Report Program and included in the resulting audit report.
