  I have used this free MP4 video converter and i am going to purchase its advanced edition leawo Video Converter Pro because it gives me no complications when converting among all popular video formats, while with super fast speed and high quality.

  Avoid this product and this company at all costs. The Leawo website claims customer support and phone support which are non-existent and forums which are either empty or full of customer questions with no Leawo answers. I purchased the Leawo Blu-ray Creator to add to my suite of Blu-ray burning software as it seemed to come highly rated. But within hours of purchasing the software I discovered that there is no display of how much space the converted video required to burn which meant burning blind and taking the chance that my project would not fit and my BD-R would be wasted. After several attempts using extremely small video files it turned out everything I burned was unplayable. I used all the same hardware as I do with all other Blu-ray burning programs - all of which continue to work - but the Leawo program continued to put out unplayable discs. That's when I discovered that the link for phone support on the Leawo site links to an email contact page as does the support link. The emails I received - all seven of them - only asked why I didn't use their trial version first. None of them would address my issue or attempt to help me with them. I opened a complaint against them with Paypal hoping to get a more helpful response but it was the same. Avoid this program and this company at all costs. Before purchasing any software check the links on support and look at the companies internal forums and faq's. I made the mistake of not doing that with Leawo but you don't have to.

• AVOID - RELEVANT KNOWLEDGE MALWARE

  I got to practice learning how to remove malware from my computer.

  Cons

  Agree with Chad170. I installed this garbage-ware app on my computer and got stuck with a big slowdown and a bunch of open ports. Relevant Knowledge malware is installed and refuses deletion. Removal requires a runtime bootscan to get rid of the thing.

  brilliant for converting more than one video at a time, two at once makes almost no difference in conversion time :). also looks quite good.

  its only got a few features, that is to say they can be bought. also low quality as high is one of the locked options

  if you want high quality video (and i mean for like iphone 4 and decent screens) then don't bother, but for a free converter that is seriously fast and allows batch convertions this is the best out there

  Every time I try to remove it, I am taken to a webpage with an outdated offer for discount products. Christmas and New Year's. It is almost March.

  Something about this software stinks!! It has to be malicious. I think it may be connected to the spam I am getting these days. I think this software should be checked out.I would not endorse this on my site for any amount of money.

  I used the free version, then paid good money for a legitimate copy. It did NOT work as advertised (video and audio out of sync). Leawo is completely stonewalling my refund. I've tried for 3+ weeks to get my money back. No luck so far.

  Summary

  WORST SOFTWARE PURCHASE (full version) *EVER*!!! This outfit has the worst customer service of any company I have EVER dealt with. Their software works poorly (video and audio out of sync) - all they want is your money. Stay FAR FAR away from Leawo! Download Handbrake instead.

There is far too much of this time wasting rubbish out there. Software that says its free then you download it, install it, waist even more time working out how to use it only to find that you need to pay for it to work properly!! Congratulations Leawo, i am angry and my time and patients have been waisted by yet another waist of oxygen YOU!!! >:(
