LazyNotepad for Windows

LazyNotepad is a network-based and multi-tab replacement for Notepad that will make storing Web pages and text documents easy. Users can share the information and access them from any remote computer by browsers. LazyNotepad prepare the Sum Function that can sum all text strings as numbers. LazyNotepad can setup to stay on top or not and to transparencies itself or not. Version 1.2 includes hot keys and accelerators.
