To eliminate intrusiveness on your other programs, users can adjust the transparency of the battery. In addition, the battery can be resized to 33%, 50%, or 75% of its original size. If you place your mouse over the battery, your battery's charge status, total hours remaining, and percentage of battery life remaining will be displayed.

Wont work without an active internet connection. Leads me to believe its uploading my system info.

Cons
As soon as I installed it, and started it up, my firewall reported it to trying to access the DNS server - even before _any_ dialog form the program. According to me this is not acceptble before warning the user. Not only this, the interface did not come up till I allowed it access to the network. ?spyware?
