I got the pass the first part!(downloading it my computer) but when i run it, it says that it caused an error! i'll give this program a 1 since it pass the downloading part!

keeping to the basics and has good large and simple icon buttons and directions. <p>the ringtones are of acceptable quality and the process is straight forward

what is the deal with this 5 sec limit???? <p>the download of both the software took two attempts (but i dont think this is their fault).... but i had a hard time getting the ringtone to my phone. and once on the phone it did not sound great. <p>price is better than Xingtone, but still more than other similar software. <p>and customer support did not contact me, but it has been the holidays!
