program was buggy and no replies to email for help

Pros
when it works its a good tool to keep the kids happy
Cons
the program crashed my pc many times and seemed to be very unstable. i got it to work twice out of about 30 times which is not too good really. i emailed support but i never got a reply back which put me off really. <p> <p>sad thing is i think it would have been good apart from these problems.
