Used KeySnitch for Windows?
Editors’ Review
It works fine as a keystroke recorder, but this freeware isn't completely hidden. KeySnitch's sole interface is a control panel that is used only for configuration. Novice users can rely on the default settings, or there's a wizard for more advanced users. Setting KeySnitch to send the log files by e-mail or FTP is easily accomplished by intermediate to expert users. The app creates a random name for the program executable, but a committed user will be able to find the plain text log file. The program is listed in the running processes, but under the assumed name.
Operating KeySnitch is very easy. After configuration you merely set it to load with Windows. The program's log stores all keys pressed, but it fails to note which application received the key presses. Unusual for a freeware keylogger, you can configure this app to log all mouse movements. The mouse movements are in X Y coordinates with button and wheel presses also logged.
Configuration includes some text not translated to English, but the option is easily skipped without harming program operation. For users who don't require absolute secrecy, KeySnitch proved to be an accurate keylogging program.
