software looks great..but does not install

- but it doesn't install from the download sourceforge.net either....installs empty. when i use extractor it i get this message Archive: C:/Users/mariam/Documents/cl work/downloads/vTiger-0.9.zip <p> End-of-central-directory signature not found.
