Control Winamp with a joystick.
Joystick Remote for Winamp is a small program that allows you to execute up to 16 commands (from a possible 34) on your 4-button gamepad. Commands are mostly for Winamp, but you can also shut down your computer or execute other files. It works without disturbing games, visualizations, and so on. No installation is necessary. Just unzip and run.

Version 3.1 supports Winamp 3.x. Support for Winamp 2.x is still included with the download. Also added are some warnings for failed initializations and simplified options.
