  It simply could not record the stream I wanted - GetASFStream worked.

  Pros

  Put in your stream, and it gets it onto your computer.

  Cons

  Some geeky things <p> <p>1. Doesn't handle some BBC streams correctly some half hour shows require a download of 1 hour <p> <p>2. It doesn't speed the downloads up <p> <p>3. Over Priced. SUPER does the same job and its free (not as reliable though) <p> <p>4. The website has version 5.9

  Pros

  I downloaded almost 500mb of STREAMING windows media files in 3 hours. The movies where 1 hour seminar recording and I can't watch on laptop on a plane or traveling. I'm very impressed and apreciate the simple non-flowery interface. I would purchase this product, if i used it on a daily bases and it didn't cost 40 bucks

  Pros

  Only thing I wanted is to download some things from TV, copied the stream link and CoCo started to download! You cant edit, but you can do that with Windows Moviemaker, so no problem at all

  It "supposedly" downloads streaming media.

  Cons

  Its not free. <p>Most streaming media I fed to it would not download. However, HiDownload had no problems with the download. <p>The interface is fair at best. <p>The logo for this program is junk. Get a new logo!

  It consistently closed itself when I tried to add a stream to download. I was never able to do so successfully.

  Crashed a couple of times. Didn't finish downloading a couple of my vids and it didn't let me download them again. Expensive.

  Pros

  Works as advertised. Log shows the user all the stepos accomplished in downloading the file (handshake etc.). Straightforward format, very user-friendly. Easy for someone like me (I'm quite computer-illiterate).

  Cons

  A little pricey. If I were the owner I'd think about lowering the price - he or she'd probably bring in more customers, ultimately increasing profits. After all, 40 bucks is in the hardcore videophile range, whereas $20 or $25 is more what the average shmoe would be willing to pay. . . wouldn't you think?
