Brilliant - does exactly what it says

Pros
I had not quite worked out my new camera and deleted the photos. I tried the free version of the software and it found the deleted files so I bought the pro version to recover them. Worked perfectly and easily.
Cons
I have found nothing wrong with the software.

Pros
None. Paid twice because the first time it said I purchased the Windows version. I am on a MAC. Could not get anyone from support to help me, but out of my money for sure.
Cons
absolutely a waste of time. Been running 36 hours and this is a joke!!
Summary
Don't do it, trust me. It is ashamed I was so stupid, but that shows how much I needed to recover the itunes password.

Concepts are fine.
Cons
After going through complete filling out free trial, and downloading from iPhone, Allows nothing. They disclose no roll-out until end of March, 2017. It may well be data scam. Scrubbing now!

Recovered absolutely everything pretty much as I had left it: Files, folders, Powerpoints, word docs, AVI. files - everything! GUI is easy to navigate.

Pros
This program really saved me. I woke up one morning to find I could not access my external hard drive which had over 100 gigs of important files I'd saved over the years. Jihosoft File Recovery as far as I can tell, was able to recover everything.
Cons
I would recommend it to anyone.
