It needed to accommodate basic features such as schedule planning, lesson history, billing, and teacher payroll while still recognizing that each one of these layers affect every other layer. For example, suddenly closing the school due to bad weather would likely effect teacher payroll, lesson history and billing. Because Jasper Line Software is specific to music schools, its design allows an administrator to input the school's policies and schedule at the outset of a school term which the software will automatically implement thereafter. The user need only verify the data and make any necessary adjustments when changes occur.
