Save places and take notes on Web pages or documents.

Flamory saves places and takes notes on Web pages or documents and remembers things for you. When you read a web page and see something interesting, make a snapshot. With one click, Flamory will save the place in all the details. It will create a bookmark, save a screenshot, selected text and a copy of the page.

You can later find the snapshot by any words from the page, or just by scrolling through the list of thumbnails. When you double-click the snapshot, Flamory will take you back to the exact place on the page.

You can also create snapshots of emails and local files (pdf, txt, doc, ppt ...). If you make a snapshot of unsupported application, Flamory will still save a screenshot and searchable window title.

It can create visual bookmarks in any application! Very rare and useful feature.
Cons
No ads, freeware... so no cons. I use it regularly.

Pros
It is easy to finding a bookmark by the image. Puts all the bookmarks in one place. I use it with pdfs and emails, as well as the web articles. This helps a lot when you switch between multiple documents back-and-forth. I tried it to bookmark some photos in an image viewer and it saved them too.
Cons
I can't mention anything serious.

Pros
Our system administrator installed this program on all computers at office. I use it, generally for bookmarks in MS WORD files and other documents. Useful thing, at once I find the right place in the documents. It was necessary to dig sometimes on half an hour in files, without it.
Cons
Using it for more than two months, and found nothing bad in it.

Good tool. I like it for many rare features, for example, finding bookmarks by the image, bookmarking places in MS Word documents, etc.
Cons
I'd like to have more customizations in the program interface.

+ It is easy to finding a bookmark by the image. + Puts all the bookmarks in one place. I use it with pdfs and emails, as well as the web articles. Cons
- Does not save scroll position in pdfs that are open in browser. Have to save them to my PC first, and open in Acrobat. - Early versions were pretty buggy, but it got better after update.

I used flamory for a long time and I can say with confidence - fine saves time and money. Saves money because quickly finds the necessary bookmarks/files and by that reduces quantity of mistakes. I'm fond of investments on the internet and... for me time and money almost synonyms.
Cons
it isn't noticed something about what it is necessary to write.

We using it for more than a year in educational purposes on about hundred PCs in our university (State Telecommunication University). As a technical specialist, responsible for support of a local network, I can give only positive reviews for this program. It is very simple in work, it is reliable and considerably accelerates work with local documents and data collection on the Internet. I believe that this program is from category "must have".
Cons
I'd like to have some more features, but it doesn't means that them will be useful for other purposes, not only in education and large networks.
Summary
In my opinion, it's very successful product. Good support from the developer, stable work on different models of computers, including rather weak budgetary models (2010 year of release).

Really nice soft. With it, finding, storing, collecting, searching any information becomes not so boring ) I like it.
