Duplicate Photo Finder (DPF) is a Windows based program that helps you locate and remove duplicate photos. Simply indicate which folder(s) you want to search and the software goes to work. Each photo is scanned and compared to the rest. DPF will very accurately locate duplicate photos, even if they have different file names. Once the search is complete, duplicates are grouped together and displayed in a user friendly window. It can delete or move, batch files, and has ability to exclude folders from a search, and popular file format support. DPF simplifies the process of removing large quantities of duplicate photos. The program is aimed at the average computer user. Its user-friendly interface makes it a snap to use as it requires only basic Windows skills.

Would be perfect if there was a full version

Pros
Found all my dupes regardless of filename with no errors. Reasonable price.
Cons
Dupes only actionable one by one without upgrade. Cannot delete groups. There is no way to upgrade to full functionality as the link is dead. Not efficient not very useful as freeware.
Summary
Compared two folders that I had previously synced using SyncToy. There were a few dupes in each folder so the dupes had propogated to both folders. One folder was on a network share and the other was local. Took about 10 min for 600 photos in each folder so 1200 total. Free version is functional but not efficient. Can't delete en masse unless you have a key code and that no longer appears to be available as the website is shut down.
