IPTimelapse reads snapshots from your IP camera, archives and automatically makes a time lapse video for upload on a schedule. Optionally upload your images and videos via FTP. IPTimelapse can also be used as a stand-alone time-lapse tool operating on an an image sequence with many unique features. Great for construction time-lapse projects, sky watching weather stations or long term time-lapse projects. Has archiving, on image local weather and Lat/Long sunrise/sunset on/off option. There is also image resizing, cropping, on-image local weather from a nearby NOAA station or underground personal weather station. Operate multiple cameras using rtsp or camera image snapshot command. A unique feature is the ability to capture images at a fast rate say every 10 seconds but upload only every Nth image thus preserving upload bandwidth while producing a smooth timelapse video.
