  THEY WONT GIVE US THE UNLOCK KEY They dont respond to email, they dont answer the phone (Recorded message to contact them by email). THEY ARE CROOKS - THESE TYPES OF PEOPLE SHOULD BE DROWNED AT BIRTH!!!

  Looks like not enough product testing before release. Too big of a download for those with dial-up modems for what you get - and seems to be aimed for the budget concious. "Sold To" address on invoice doesn't put numerical address in front of the street. It follows street name. No control over font size. Individual item descriptions limited to about 38 characters. Description does an automatic line wrap, but inserts quantity of one which has to be removed manually. Breaks words randomly when wraping lines to next row. When adding 4th. line, program gets confused and wants to over-write a previous entered line description. No place or column provided for date when a service was provided if billing for multiple service work during a specific period. CANNOT preview output before printing. If you only have one line of description (37 characters) and your postal service doesn't care where the numeric address is located in the address area, and you don't have a lot of description lines - then the inexpensive cost might be worth it. For me, after trying to develop the invoice to print what I wanted - I just uninstalled the product. Really - don't waste your time downloading.
