  Very user friendly! Has helped our project tracking immensely and saved us a bunch of money. They have an inpressive client list- Honda, BP, Schlumberger, etc..

  Fanastic app. Highly useful for project accounting. Great for billing, too. Well-documented and easy to use.

  New interface took a little while to get used to, but in the end it's definitely an improvement over previous versions.

  The product is free for less than ten users which is great. For smaller companies that are looking to save the initial investment this may be something to evaluate.

  Cons

  Very clumsy interface. Simply takes too long to fill in a simple timesheet. Over designed, great for managers but incredibly over complex for employees to enter their hours for the day. Installation is too complex and may lead to installation issues, looks like my system has third party applications that were installed along with Journyx timesheet with no option to remove. End users have to install applications and browser add-ons to work with Journyx timsheet.

  tried on a running W2K server, the installation stopped at 66%, can't complete. But when installing at a newly installed W2K Professional machine, no problem at all. Many functions for a freeware.

  Tried for two days trying to install this software. It needs lots of java components tha needs to be installed first. Screwed up my machine while doing that! Finally gave up and sent a support request to the support email address. Still no result. I give up!

• Impossible to install - too many errors

  The product is impossible to install in all its configurations. All you get are install errors with Windows that asks you to contact their customer suport department. When I ask their customer support for install assistance while reporting the errors, they asked for my credit card number for $150/hour. It's a trap! ..And a waste of time.
