Editors’ Review
This office monitor application comes with troubles great and small. Right off the bat, some users will be confused; this program's trial is named as a ZIP, but really, it's a RAR file. Inglobal Office Monitor's interface splits into two parts; one of which locks itself to your desktop, hiding what falls under. The application's primary toolbar floats well enough, but most commands are unavailable during the trial. You can access a single client PC, providing you have the expertise to unblock several ports on your server and client systems.
Taking the trouble to install and configure this trial doesn't elicit spectacular results. Monitoring falls far short compared to similar tools. During our tests, more than one command simply failed with an error dialog. Users are given no information on how to fix the problem. The help file is in English, but many commands and dialogs are a mixture of English and Spanish words.
While this product is aimed at the small office, it doesn't provide a professional experience. Novices will find it difficult to configure and experienced users will demand better results than Inglobal Office Monitor delivers.
