Intercepts and decodes all instant message traffic sent/received by the computer (currently AOL Instant Messenger, AIM Express, ICQ, MSN, GoogleTalk, Jabber and Yahoo). A high performance engine delivers real time message logging. Conversations can be viewed immediately or saved for later analysis. This program is intended for concerned parents/spouses as well as network administrators. Version 1.0.344 has GoogleTalk and Jabber support added as well as full multi-language support and over 20 bug fixes.

Not a bad product, especially for the price. Did the job for what I needed.

Pros
FREE Software. It did an excellent job capturing large amounts of packets. I am on a switched network and set up a monitor port for an entire VLAN and this software took it and gave me the results without any problems. Did I mention the price. Now I need a linux version.
Cons
The homepage has a really bad color scheme in my opinion. This is about as bad as anything that I can come up with.
