This software installed well and worked without a hitch. I still prefer our appliance based systems at my company but as far as PC based systems go I'd have to recommend it.

Pros
I like the big video image you get and the real phone number. The 14-day free trial seems to work just like the real thing. We thought the video mailbox was cool, too.

Pros
First of all it's from SONY and it looks very, very cool. I thought it was very easy to use and I love my Video Mailbox. I also called their '000' Video Operator service and it worked great. One click and I actually was seeing and talking to a real live person. This is definitely a major step forward in online video calls.
Cons
There are a few extra features that I don't think I'll ever need and they tend to clutter up the interface.
