  Hmm, I found the newer version first, then I saw this one. Everyone should be using the new version (v2.8.6, downloadable from here too), or you can go to the company's web site to download newer version, at idsignet.com.

• The best digital signature software for Office

  Pros

  I'm the security guy in a top-500 company, and responsible for network security, application security review, system auditing, etc. <p> <p>ID-Sign has the best built-in security features I've found, among all digital signature softwares that I have evaluated. I have to say it is very refreshing. <p> <p>One little annoyance though, ID-Sign is having problem loading if I have Outlook started first. Going to the idsignet.com web site, I've seen a new update (v2.2.0) just published today. That new version solved that little problem. <p> <p>Kudo for a really cool product.

• The concept of locked fields is very cool

  ID-Sign has a very nice feature called locked fields. It allows to sign any part of the document that you want, or you can sign the whole document too. It high ligth the parts that you sign. It is very good. When you verify signatures, it can also show which part is changed. <p> <p>We are happy customers. I am very happy to see user review here too. <p> <p>Go the IDSignet web site and download latest try version.

• The best you can find for digital signature software

  I am a VP of one of the top 5 banks in the USA, in California. I've been evaluating digital signature softwares for a while, and ID-Sign is the best ever. <p> <p>First of all, every other digital signature software only allows you to sign once. In our approval process, we need to have at least 3 persons signed in one document. And ID-Sign is the only software that allows to achieve this goal, and must I say, easily. It just fits out needs like a glove. <p> <p>And the security features designed into ID-Sign is just eye-opening. People would never think of the dirty tricks you can do to hide contents in electronic documents. After using ID-Sign for a week, and reading thru the very nice user manual (which is packaged with the software), security issues in an electronic documents scare the hell out of me. Luckily, the designers of ID-Sign already covered that so that you safely sign a document. <p> <p>I would recommend everyone to at least try out ID-Sign before commiting to any other digital signature software. And please, read the white paper on security issues, available online from the software publisher's web site, at idsignet.com. This is a must-read for anyone planning to use digital signature technologies in a legally-binding electronic documents.
