  TXTEDIT is a decent little program. As a notepad replacement with spell checking it does fine. It offers SAVE AS HTML. If it had not, I would have been happy. BUT since it did, I quickly wrote in a page to check out how much bloat there would be. I figured this to be Notepad and FastHTML all rolled into one. NO, it simple saves the text, removes all the formatting, and the rest goes in the oleÂ’ bit bucket. Now, I am disappointed. Secondly, I attempted twice to edit a document while I was online. The mouse sticks to the bottom of the screen and will not move. So do your editing offline.
