Get an editor with an onscreen keyboard for Cyrillic writing.

A Russian editor for Western Windows with an on screen keyboard. The on screen keyboard responds to the keys on the physical keyboard or with mouse clicks with phonetic Cyrillic, Russian standard or Latin A-z placements. The cut and paste function can be used for copying ANSI texts between code pages, with Latin conversion and with the advanced text format for text conversions to and from Unicode; Rich Text and HTML formats. Version 3 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.
