  Sound quality, voice quality are all good. The customer services are excellent. I had been having problems and contacted the customer services, they were not only prompt in acknowleding but they resolved the problem in shortest possible time. So much so that since I had been experiencing the problem for a couple of months, and once resolved, they reimbursed the monthly subscription for that period. No other service provider would do that. I can write a full chapter regarding their excellent services.

  On average, at least 2 out of 3 calls would not go through and when connected, voice quality was poor, so poor at times that the call needed to be disconnected.

  Maybe it's a great application... but how do you activate this 10-minute free trial offered? There are NO instructions during login. <p>There are dozens of these services about so being able to evaluate effectively is a MUST!!

  iConnectHere is a great PC-2Phone System which allows you to call anywhere in the world in a great reasonable prices I am using it my self that is really cool but the only problem which I am encountring is that the new iConnectHere Dialer is not functioning good with my System I don't know what is the problem but I am using iConnectHere 3.0 Dialers which is great.
