  Pros

  Lots of features, very effective, thorough, etc. Excellent support, forums, and tutorials.

  Cons

  Can be a bit challenging to navigate, hence those support, forums and tutorials will come in handy. Old school interface, and not quite as intuitive as I'd like.

  Summary

  If you don't mind spending a little time learning it, and the aesthetics aren't hugely important, it's a powerful and effective program. Given you'll probably only use it a few times anyway, the graphics aren't a big deal. It took a bit to figure out how to login and download password protected sites, but they have superb tutorials and forums for everything. Slightly intimidating, but effective and powerful.
