VERY happy with functionality

Pros
Inexpensive program that is very comprehensive compared to others in this price range. The support people were friendly and helpful.
Cons
They need more content in their online help, but they made up for this by jumping on a webinar and assisting us.

I would recommend this software.

Pros
Purchased version with source codes. Received eight hours of programming time.
Cons
Mark does not return phone calls or e-mails. Cannot get customizations that were promised. Would not recommend this program to anyone!

Pros
We were setup a couple of hours after buying the program sharing the data on two computers. The training piece is a real plus for us.
Cons
I wish it had employee and manager self serve, but for the price you can't beat it.

Pros
We got the version that comes with source code. They offered two hours of programming to make some changes. They spent several hours over the course of a week working with us to make and tweak modifications and never charged us an additional dime.
Cons
I do not have anything negative to say as they were very helpful.
