  I agree with the comments of the February 3, 2004 reviewer and would add that this software and the company are not worth the time and hassle and I also urge: "Buyer Beware!!!" Don't waste your time or money with this piece of a product. I made the mistake of downloading and subsequently purchasing this product. Shortly after I purchased it, the product simply stopped running. I then spent two weeks trying to locate someone to assist in the process of correcting whatever the problem was and it was simply impossible. Good luck trying to speak with a human. Unless they're taking your money, it's easier hitching a ride on the space shuttle than it is trying to find a live body to assist you. The email contact is futile and negligent and takes WEEKS to obtain a response. And even once a response is received, you get nowhere. And trying to get a refund is a joke from this company. If I knew then what I know now, I wouldn't even glance at this product. I would NEVER recommend this product to anyone unless you have a lot of time and money to waste. This package was a huge disappointment. It's not even worth the free download. If they try to give it away, run!

  reset all of outlook, messages gone, address book gone, accounts gone. this is a horrible disaster of the program, more destructive than any virus i have had. absolutely awful, there has got to be something terribly wrong with this company.

• Ouch! Not good with Office 2003

  Couldn't install on a week-old computer running XP home with office 2003; not only that, it absolutely trashed Outlook's settings, requiring many hours of repair. Maybe it'll work when they get a good 2003 update, but for now, I'm staying far far away.
