This voice, fax, OCR software turns your PC into a fax machine. It provides multiple mailboxes, call logs, call screening, and a phone dialer. It forwards urgent messages and VIP calls to your cell phone or pager. It reads e-mail by phone or on the PC. It supports speakerphone, music on hold, and mute/flash/redial functions. It announces callers using a computer-generated voice. It lets you greet callers individually, based on their caller ID. It automatically logs all calls and messages. It supports online and offline recording. The intuitive graphical interface makes it easy to send, receive, and organize faxes.

The cover page editor lets you select from among several professionally designed cover pages or create your own. Fax Scheduler lets you save money on long-distance rates by scheduling your faxes to be sent during off-hours. Other key fax features include multiple fax attachments, instant preview, and auto-printing of incoming faxes. It includes the FineReader Optical Character Recogniton Engine. With FineReader OCR you will never have to retype another fax again. Convert your faxes or hardcopy documents into machine-readable text documents with one click of a button. You can even convert right into Microsoft Word, Excel, PDF, and other popular file formats. Converted faxes and scanned documents can be easily found through searching on a key phrase or field.

I agree with the comments of the February 3, 2004 reviewer and would add that this software and the company are not worth the time and hassle and I also urge: "Buyer Beware!!!" Don't waste your time or money with this piece of a product. I made the mistake of downloading and subsequently purchasing this product. Shortly after I purchased it, the product simply stopped running. I then spent two weeks trying to locate someone to assist in the process of correcting whatever the problem was and it was simply impossible. Good luck trying to speak with a human. Unless they're taking your money, it's easier hitching a ride on the space shuttle than it is trying to find a live body to assist you. The email contact is futile and negligent and takes WEEKS to obtain a response. And even once a response is received, you get nowhere. And trying to get a refund is a joke from this company. If I knew then what I know now, I wouldn't even glance at this product. I would NEVER recommend this product to anyone unless you have a lot of time and money to waste. This package was a huge disappointment. It's not even worth the free download. If they try to give it away, run!

reset all of outlook, messages gone, address book gone, accounts gone. this is a horrible disaster of the program, more destructive than any virus i have had. absolutely awful, there has got to be something terribly wrong with this company.

Couldn't install on a week-old computer running XP home with office 2003; not only that, it absolutely trashed Outlook's settings, requiring many hours of repair. Maybe it'll work when they get a good 2003 update, but for now, I'm staying far far away.
