Holosoft PC Timer, you can use it very freely as it is very user friendly. At this time you have no Alarm and shutdown timer system in your computer. But Holosoft provides you. Just run the product, Type time (in minutes) in the Timer Box then hid the Alarm button in the menu and done. You can Hide the product while it is running in background. When the time will over it will bells you. You can use Shutdown timer, Hibernate, Logoff and Restart timer as well. And can shutdown directly by giving Timer Box value to "0". The Timer Box shows the remaining time in percentage.
