hex2file is a portable tool to convert Intel HEX format compatible files into custom file formats and it also display the HEX file contents in different views. It features Convert Intel HEX compatiable files into custom file formats, support binary, CSV, plain-text, numerical-text, and 8bit-binary-text output formats, and view Intel HEX compatiable files in four formatting modes. You can use this app in command line mode and usage like hex2file [format specifier].
