HelloMetro Toolbar for Windows

Don't let a small installation glitch keep you from enjoying what HelloMetro Toolbar has to offer. The toolbar comes packed with all kinds of tools for keeping you current with a particular city's arts, entertainment, and dining venues.

During installation, we received an error message that at first seemed as though the toolbar wasn't going to install. But when we opened our IE, it appeared in the window. You can add and remove buttons on the HelloMetro Toolbar, choose the box size, and remove text to create more space. It was simple to add and remove cities from the shortcut button via a drop-down menu. Once you select your desired city, each shortcut button reveals subject listings for that city. We were able to find local arts, small businesses, blogs, and more. It even manages to throw in some standard toolbar features like weather and a pop-up blocker.

Our one complaint is that the search feature would only operate through the HelloMetro Search and didn't provide very good results. While we found that some of the features provided more information than others, all of the events looked current. Users of all skill levels will appreciate this free toolbar for keeping on top of your favorite city's hot spots.
