HealthFrame Explorer does a fabulous job of keeping medical records and personal information in a neat, orderly fashion, though it may be overkill for families.

Requiring 22MB of space to install, the program comes with two sample personal health records to guide you. The skinnable interface is neatly organized to quickly pull up specific entries. You'll be able to input personal information including emergency contacts, family members, insurance information, medications, vaccinations and illnesses.

Graphs to track glucose levels, weight gain and height are easily configured and read. You can even upload a photo of family members that will appear alongside their information. We also found options to log communications and visits with healthcare providers, complete with the date, business name, contact, and a quick synopsis of the happenings. Printable forms can be used to quickly fill out paperwork.

You'll rest easy knowing the information contained within the program can be password-protected. The typical family won't really need everything it has to offer, but this 15-day program would certainly be beneficial to schools, small medical facilities, and athletic organizations.

What’s new in version 2.1.11

There have been several small bugfix releases since 2.1.6. The latest adding content copy medication objects, and a few other small fixes.
