Track your consumption of calories, protein, fat and carbohydrates. The application is intended for those who consume basically the same types of products over a significant period of life. For example, it may be that the food sources do not change. These are certain neighborhood supermarkets, restaurants, cafes. They just stay there and you buy food there over and over. Start with creating your food database by inserting calories, protein and fat for each item you actually eat. Then, in order to make a record for a specific day in the future, simply click that item.
