The software makes it easy to find exercises by worked muscles, type, equipment, level of difficulty, and other parameters. GymGoal Lite also offers ready-to-use workout routines, designed for different equipment and suitable for anyone from a beginner to an expert. The program is compact and fits small screens of sub-notebooks.

Provides a very simple interface, and no doubt this is what i had been looking for. No links to some other websites which annoy u with their to-be-purchased stuff. A simple click will tell u all about that exercise I have just purchased dumbells but can't go to gym to learn how to do the exercises. This is what I had been looking for.
