Pros
Easy Well documented Copies quick book files while they are open and our security surveillance video files (900MB) as we no longer have to stop our camera software to get a back up of those files. Fantastic support, we needed a feature that it did not do, within three weeks they had a new release that included our feature. I like a company like that. Very easy to use, unlike robocopy where you have to use 1000 switches to get it to work right.
Cons
Not free, however it is really well worth the money.

Pros
We needed a tool that can back up our video cam server which produces files over 100GB and they are locked all the time. We could not find anything that would copy these files so we had to stop the camera software to copy the files which took at times 8hours. GScopypro made it possible for us to copy all these video files with no issues and we do not have to stop our software anymore. We got version 6.0 directly from the vendor (gurusquad.com) and it has a lot more features. Really great support. Respond always within minutes.

Pros
This tool was really nice and handy when we needed to copy PST outlook files to the user network share. All we had to do is create a scheduled task on the users computer to run on weekly basis and it would copy the archive folder over to the network. We excluded the OST file since it has a copy on exchange. The good thing is the it can backup the PST files while outlook is already open. So the users do not get affected by it running.
Cons
none so far. if we encounter any then I will make sure I report it.
Summary
this is a nice tool for backing up PST outlook files and any open files for that matter. We are thinking of using it to backup servers to DR and may give this tool a try.

Pros
Have the option to copy only files that got modified. Most important is you can copy open and locked files. This is what we really wanted. We have many open files on the file share and needed to make sure they are always replicated to our DR file server.
Cons
Really nothing.
Summary
If you are looking to replicate date from one server to another and keep them in sync, gscopypro will copy only modified data and very simple to use. Additionally it can copy files that are in use, locked, or open. Highly recommend

Easy to use Can be scheduled to run daily, hourly, weekly Can copy open files (BIG PLUS). Do not need to install it to run it, just copy it and run. Will copy only modified files. Very reliable
Cons
Not free, but it is really affordable :)

GSCopypro is really a great tool that can copy folders and files from one place to another (Same server or different servers). very highly recommend.

Cons
It does not support windows 2000. Which I know is old system.

GSCopyPro is a single command-line tool (CLI) that can copy, replicate and move files from one folder to another. This folder can be on the same machine/ server or another server elsewhere. What makes GSCopyPro stand out from other competitiors is the fact it works on 32-bit as well as 64-bit systems it has no restirictions. It can easily be scheduled to run as a scheduled task and fully automated. GSCopyPro also comes with an open file agent which can copy files that are locked/ opened by other processes. This feature is supported in all windows versions from widows XP/ 2003 and later. Some of the main features of GSCopyPro are: Can copy open/locked files with its built-in open file agent. GSCopyPro is the first command line utility that offers this feature which makes it one of a kind. Can copy files and folders from one location to another. Note you have the option to include ACLs and file/folder attributes. Can copy only modified files and folders while skipping ones that have not been modified. Note you have the option to include ACLs and file/folder attributes. Can move files and folders from one location to another while keeping ACLs (Access Control List) and file attributes. Can have a folder mirrored to another folder anywhere, meaning the target folder will have the same files and folder structre along with all the ACLs and file/folder attributes.
