Crashes when attempt to navigate to folder on Win 7 Pro
DellAnderson
Pros
Simple, clean interface
Cons
Doesn't work -- crashes before I can even get to the user folder (under my documents)
Summary
Wait til huge bug(s) fixed and program is usable
Crashed before running the first search!
rodjacksonx
Pros
Didn't get far enough to see any.
Cons
It crashes.
Summary
Just downloaded the program. Went to select a folder to search, one that was a few levels deep from the root of the C: drive. Upon clicking "ok" to choose the folder (it had several layers of subfolders within it) the program immediately crashed. That's just sad. I uninstalled, no point in even continuing to evaluate software like that.
Stops Working When Trying to Access a Shared Drive
blueplateradio
Pros
Easy to install. Nice looking interface
Cons
I installed the 64bit version on my Windows 7 64bit Enterprise laptop. I went down 5 levels on a shared drive, clicked OK, and got the message that it stopped working. Did this a couple of times with the same result. Never got to search anything.
Summary
Wait till they fix the shared drive issue
