- Just download v2.76 beta b705.8239.I.m very impressed. I haved used Opera and Firefox, both are good browser, what I bothers me about them as are some pages I go to regularly are not displayed correctly. I have also used GreenBrowser, Maxthon, Avant, and Slim browsers, of which I like Maxthon the best of the IE Shells. Now GoSurf...the developer has done his/her homework. I use it on a not so fast laptop/wireless and it loads fast. It has quite a few secuity ajustments, so far I haven't problems with spyware or scripts, It to this point does a great job of blocking popups, and inline ads. It has the ability to block banners as well.An impressive beowser.

- I like how fast it loads and its overall speed when surfing the internet. Its IE based so I think it is secure for banking, credit card accounts, etc. I like the sidebar with all its features and the tabbed browsing.

- I will need to get use to the tabs at the bottom but I think it is something that I can get use to <p>working with. I have been using GOSURF for only a week but have found no problems with the browser.

- It's a step above IE. <p>It has popup blocking, and a bunch of other small features. <p>Only 1.79 MB download.

- It uses Internet Explorer's as its base; a major, major problem. It doesn't fully support CSS2 properly (or even correctly), nor does it support PNGs with alpha channels. Saying that, it follows that it also shares IE's vulnerabilities. A very big problem indeed. <p> <p>In addition it creates a folder in your Documents folder labeled "My Texts" without your permission. If I want such a folder, I'll do it myself. I don't need GoSurf to do it for me. <p> <p>There are also several GUI problems: <p>The back button isn't against the left side of the window; the "New Tab" button occupies that space. <p>It sports a very cluttered appearance, buttons at the top and more along the bottom. Way more buttons than you really need - it's nowhere near the fine tuned GUI that Firefox has. For crying out loud, they put a button for "View Source" when clearly, 99% of the people in the world don't need such a button. <p>Also, you can choose "View IP Address" from the menu and it automatically copies your IP address to the clipboard, thus replacing any data you had there. <p>It also lets you save images, "flashs", etc. from a webpage. That means someone can use it to steal content off a website. <p>The sidebar's tabs use a different font. <p>The tabs appear on the bottom, a problem because a good number of people use 1280x1024 or even higher resolution, in which those tabs will appear small and at the very bottom of the screen. <p> <p> <p>Also, the number one problem? This browser is SHAREWARE! You can only use it for 60 days. Now I ask you, why use this browser when the likes of Firefox and Opera are around? <p> <p>No thanks, for this browser. Avoid this browser like the plague.

- Used this for quite awhile, the only problem I have with it is when clicking on links in outlook/IM clients when GoSurf wasn't open, while it was set as default browser. Otherwise, this is definitly one of the best browsers out there, easy to use, organized, and can handle many many websites open at once. I've used it for a year now and only recently have I noticed other browsers adding some of the features that have made GoSurf so easy to use.
