  Pros

  good analysis of changes intuitive interface shows what changed before you launch synchronisation good filtering & selection capabilities operates on hard disk, external devices (without loading soft on PC but on USB), network ideal for few users

  Cons

  licence attached to hardware, so a change of PC or of external USB drive / memory stick forces you to email GoodSync to reset (a pain, but they reset)
