  Pros

  best CHIMER CLOCK which can be sounded by every 15 minutes period and syncronise automatically time with atomic clock WHICH LETS YOU SET YOUR OWN MP3 OR WAV FILES

  Cons

  two more DISPLAY NOTIFICATIONS WITH SOUND needed in ADVANCED CHIMES section. Totally 3 needed - one for morning alarm, second & third should be same as this one

  Pros

  Zippy! One or 2 clicks to a visual calendar, countdown timer, atomic clock, and multiple chimes and clock sounds for those accustomed to a wind-up clock or a Big Ben, and to boot, 8-ball fortunes!

  Cons

  No help reference for the Sleep Timer and Energy options. The calendar window and countdown bubble need refitted, which would benefit from visualization/resizing/movable options.

  Summary

  For someone looking for a low, low profile utility, this handy little gong icon awaits in your system tray. Calendar days and dates can be found very quickly starting from September 1752 to December 9999! Using the arrow keypad allows a super-fast speed search. The quick-alarm feature allows one alarm up to 999 minutes with your own choice of audio and/or visual alerts, as you define. The volume control adds a temporary transparent percentage increment bar to define output audio level changes by percentage and on my XP laptop, actually comes up faster than the original installed taskbar volume icon. The Sleep Timer and Energy Saving options are undefined. An email contact is provided but the support links found in About appear to be defunct. Nonetheless, this is just the thing for quick-reference calendar views or a short alarm. Between the clock ticks and the 'magic' 8 ball fortunes, all this retro is a charm. A find!

  Pros

  This program does a little bit of everything. It has a well done time synchronization feature which could be a separate program in its own right. The volume slider is very similar to Window's volume tray icon. Side-by-side the Gong slider does appear quicker while Windows seems to have a small delay appearing each time I left click. Power users will appreciate using the Windows key to change the mute the volume. I do like the sleep feature as my computer is on 24/7 so this automatically mutes the volume during the specified time but is easily overridden. There are several other seemingly random features from chimes to reminders to the 8-ball. Several of which are tucked away in the right-click menu of the tray icon. One of which is very useful is the calendar which I find myself using all the time.
