• A Load of Rubbish.

  Pros

  None whatsoever apart from the "hope" that it would download podcasts.

  Cons

  For one it doesn't respond 80% of the time and two it does not download anything at all no matter how you put the podcast URL in. And it gives no hints as to whether it is actually doing something.

  Summary

  Avoid this at all costs and don't even bother wasting your time trying it because it simply does not work. Cnet really ought to remove it.

  Summary

  I downloaded this and ran the installer. The first screen flashes by so fast there's no way you could read what it says and it moves to the next screen without the user clicking a 'next button". The 'agreement' simply said something like "your user agreement goes here". After running the installer and attempting to run the program, it crashes with the following consistently reproducible error: Problem signature: Problem Event Name: CLR20r3 Problem Signature 01: wilberpodcastplayer5.exe Problem Signature 02: 5.0.2.9 Problem Signature 03: 4bdf4df7 Problem Signature 04: PresentationCore Problem Signature 05: 3.0.0.0 Problem Signature 06: 4bb27e3c Problem Signature 07: 42e Problem Signature 08: b Problem Signature 09: System.IO.FileFormatException OS Version: 6.0.6002.2.2.0.768.3 Locale ID: 1033 (Perhaps this may help the developer find the problem) My O/S is Windows Vista Home Premium on an Acer Aspire laptop.
