• A Great Reference Tool!

  Pros

  This is a wonderful Dictionary Lookup Program with so many features! Offering it free of charge is a great social service really! 1. Multiple dictionaries can be referred to simultaneously 'offline' for meanings along with pronunciation, grammar, synonyms, antonyms, origins and use in sentence examples. 2. I am more amazed by the online web reference feature! You can include Wikipedia and Wiktionary in your library. Just type a word, and the websites open almost instantly inside the program. 3. Another great feature is the Scan Popup. If you enable it, just hover your cursor on any word anywhere, even outside the dictionary window, and a GoldenDict window will pop up for that word. 4. One more feature is the Text to Speech. Just type any text in the search window and a voice will read it for you. You can use Scan Popup also. 5. My rating will be more than 5 stars if permitted.

  Cons

  There is no user manual. We have to discover many of the great features by experimenting.

  Simple but effective interface Connects to various online dictionaries Supports audio dictionaries The website has links to offline dictionaries.
