GMinder is a reminder program that waits in your system tray and alerts you when you have an upcoming Google Calendar event. GMinder supports multiple calendars and allows you to configure how you want to be alerted. Since it downloads your events, it works offline and enables you to preview your agenda of events. New events can be added to your Google Calendars using a Quick Add feature.

Pros
It works. Syncs with Google Calendar just fine.
Cons
Its very irritating. Pops up the calendar with the date set to the first date you synced it rather than the current day and you have to scroll down through all the days in between to find the current date. Just stupid. Alerts on events that have no reminder on them, so if you set an all day event, "In New York" say, it will alert on that, and it will do it at Midnight when you're probably sleeping. Also stupid.
Summary
Don't bother. I'm sure there are better choices.

Pros
This little app is exactly what I was looking for. It sits in the system tray, notifies me of upcoming appointments and allows me to quickly enter calendar entries into any of my Google calendars. When selecting the sys tray icon, the app brings up a screen with a menu to see current appointments and/or enter new ones. Thanks!
