Doesn't work for RFBD books--even with the key

Pros: If it would work for them it would save having to decide which program to open to read my textbooks.
Cons: doesn't work for RFBD books--even with the key
Summary: I downloaded the trial version. The trial period is 30 days. I went to open my book and it asked me to contact RFBD got the key. Still the same message. Contacted them again and they research the problem. The version I was able to download was a newer one and it will be 3 or more weeks before I can get a new key. My trial will be over. I really wanted it to work with RFBD because I can not read fast enough with any other machine or on the computer.
