Software great for more than what it tells you

Summary
I have a solo 1100 and GATEWAY told me that there was no "FIX" for the touchpad on that model. Yet their software for the solo 5100 touchpad works just great. Wow they got some really good people working for them since they can't even figure that one out! I would Not recomend their COUSTOMER SUPPORT to anyone!
