Display the time in words.

Fuzzy Time will display the time in a fuzzy way in the statusbar. Fuzzy Time doesn't synchronize with the system clock: it's "fuzzy", as in not precise. It will say "quarter to two" from about 1:43 to 1:47 and then it will switch to "ten to two". This version is the first release on CNET Download.com.
