Use if for development and engeneering, synthisize music, sound fonds and sound effects, accustics research, radio and analog electronics, analog A.I. and BEAM robotics, finantial and economic predition, magnetic wave patterns, sound levitation, vibrational healing and meditaiton. Features, frequency, amplitude, phase, DC Offset, duty cycle, amplitude and frequency modulation, with sinusoid, square, sawtooth, triangular, pulsed, white noise, and sharkfin waveforms. 16 bit or 65,536 resolution, 44100 samples per second, or 22.05 khz, with a 0.001 frequency accuracy. Logic circuits are saved and stored in XML format.

Two other programs appeared on my computer that I had not asked for when I downloaded function generator. Mobogenie and MyPCbackup. Both came with many annoying popups. Was this CNET or Function Generator? Someone needs to clean up their act.

Summary
I am running Windows XP with service pack 3 and all the normal updates. When I first installed the program I left the flag checked to run the program when the install finished. When the program tried to start, it halted complaining that I didn't have .net version 4.0 or above. I downloaded and installed .net version v4.0.30319. The second time I tried to run it my antivirus flagged it as an application which was trying to access the internet. I figured it was just looking for updates, so I allowed it. After that and each time thereafter, all I got was a Windows error saying WindowsApplication1 has failed, send report to Microsoft. I tried to uninstall and reinstall, as well as rebooting my machine. I am sure this program works. It just would not work on my computer. Hope you have better luck.
