  Have to call for help and Support seems a bit put off to me. In my humble opinion it's worth something to get decent service.

  Pros

  this is a very nice program that really does a lot. its fast & reliable. the reporting is cool but does not do fancy stuff. overall, its a lot better than paying $22,145.16 for a 4 terminal system from the local guys. support is very affordable.

  reports are kinda average.

  Summary

  for $99 a terminal freepos runs my place very well. i spent 4000 on some touch screens, computers and printers and for less than 25 percent of the price the local guy quoted me I was up and running.

  This program is a pain to get working they don't tell you all that. I did exactly what the instructions said but it still wouldn't work for me. I really don't think the program will really work at all.
