Pros
In Options I set the frame width to 1920 and the frame height to 1080 and then cropped the photo. When viewed on my HD 1080p TV the results were unbelievably perfect?

Pros
Simple, small, easy to use. Just make sure you go to Tools->Options after installation to change the resolution to match your frame specifications.
Cons
Can't drag and drop photos into the application, but it's a small drawback.
