Fleet Finance Manager has been developed in cooperation with fleet operators to meet their complete financial needs. It offers an easy to use and detailed User Interface which lets you add/manage your fleet vehicles, keep track of their daily operations, their maintenance records also and your fleet drivers.

Fleet Finance Manager includes a Reports Centre which lets you generate and print financial reports in a clear format. You can print reports to a PDF file as well if you have a pdf printer installed on your computer. You can also generate personalized reports for any vehicle or a driver. It also lets you generate income reports for any given period of time.

Fleet Finance Manager includes a comprehensive Envelopes Centre to manage day to day activities/travels of your fleet vehicles. The term 'envelope' is used to describe one entry for a single trip of a vehicle. A vehicle can have multiple trips in a day as well as multiple drivers; therefore, it can have multiple envelopes for any given day. That's how the Envelopes Centre lets you keep track of the day to day activities of your fleet's vehicles. Each envelop include details about the driver, vehicle, trip, fare and any additional information.
