Pros
It is a user friendly program that really meet my need. It is easy to use, intuitive and the layout of invoice is beautiful. It does make my invoice management easier. To be honest, it is the best invoice management program and is affordable.
Cons
The main reason I give up this program is the email system. When I email my invoice, I found that I can only email via Quickbook's own server, just like a web mail. Yet this is what I don't want. I can't email from my own email client and my own ISP.

Pros
This software has enabled me to be more efficient, effective and productive in tracking and managing our membership database, members, prospects, dues, emails, and contact information all in one place!
Cons
I wish it had Reporting features and I wish it had a feature which allowed you to send one email to ALL contacts rather then individual emails.

Easy of use - like quickbooks - I can create estimates and invoices on the fly and like the payment function. Excellet product.

Seems to take long time to load software. <p>Photoshop loads into system quicker!

Pros
Extremely easy to setup and use as well as affordable for the small home-run business. Does just what you need but not more than you need. Integratable to other higher QuickBooks products so you can grow. The Intuit Development Team actually did a home visit with me and were very open to some simple ideas. Great attitudes and customer care from Intuit. can't say enough in favor!
Cons
Initial version... so there are a few slight modifications that could be made to add "one touch" buttons to the invoice screen for quicker navigating. It's all in development and research. Great caring team at Intuit. This will be a shining star in their software protfolio.
